Water Mill Residence

A family of devoted art collectors wanted their longtime home to feel lighter, fresher, and ready for the next generation. The extraordinary view over Mecox Bay guided every decision. We opened and brightened the spaces, creating a soft backdrop for their remarkable collection. Many of their existing pieces of furniture were thoughtfully re-upholstered, complemented by select new furnishings, all dressed in English fabrics in shades of blue and cream. The kitchens and bathrooms were fully redesigned to bring a modern ease to daily living. The house now functions effortlessly for large family gatherings; elegant, inviting, and perfectly suited for entertaining.
